Carne Asada Burrito:

Fresh Black Angus steak seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with fresh Pico de Gallo, mixed cheese, lettuce, refried beans, Spanish rice and chipotle-ranch dressing. Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and served with crispy thin fries.



Buffalo Shrimp Pasta:

Fresh sliced chicken sautéed with peppers, onions, Roma tomatoes, garlic, basil and mushrooms. Tossed in buffalo-cream sauce with penne pasta, topped with parmesan cheese and garlic bread.



Blackened Trout:

Fresh trout blackened, grilled and topped with lemon twist. Served with rice pilaf and sautéed vegetables.



BBQ Pork Sliders:

Fresh pulled pork slow-cooked with bacon bits, onions and barbeque sauce. Placed on three corn crusted slider buns, served with crispy thin fries.



Tequila Chicken Salad:

Crispy tortilla shell filled with mixed greens, black beans, corn and a creamy cilantro-lime dressing. Topped with tequila marinated grilled chicken, steamed rice, mixed cheese, Pico de Gallo and avocado.
